I used to go to this store frequently but it's gone downhill as of late. Seems this place has been forgotten by the franchise owner. The ladies restroom never has heat in the winter, 2 years now. Cleanliness is lacking but would be forgivable if not for the frigid temperature. I used to love their chips and salsa but lately the salsa has been thin and runny with little substance. I noticed the long-time bartenders have gone in the past few months; indicative of deeper problems. Overall I still love the happy hour specials but I patronize less frequently. I'll give it another shot when football season starts. This was my go-to spot on Sunday but I may need to find another football bar this season.

This place needs to be upgraded!! Tables stay with food and drinks on the table for a while after people leave. The bar was a mess. Don't get the chips and salsa either. Over half the chips were crumbs. Seats are torn and floor has seen its better day... Best thing was happy all day on Sunday. I live down the street and will not frequent this place, except for a few cheap drinks on Sundays.

After BEGGING my roommate to go to Chili's (a nostalgic symbol), she finally agreed. After arrival, I realized our grave mistake. The staff was nice, but nonexistent. Chad, our poor bartender, was killing himself just to do to-go orders, manage a full bar, and make drinks for the dining room. The manager seemed to have no urgency in helping him, and it was quite frustrating. We ended up not getting an appetizer we ordered and paid for, but felt so bad for Chad that we couldn't even mention the missing items to him.
Chad did a great job, but he needs more bar help or he is going to snap soon. #pleasehelpchad -

Extremely bad service! Highly disappointed with this location. Went during lunch time and the server messed up all possible orders, mistake in the check with charging full amount on lunch menu. Visited upon insisted by my friend that the lava cake is great !! Which was good. But given the bad service here I will probably visit some other dessert place!!

I go to a Chili's about once every two years or so because I feel like maybe it has returned to it's former glory, but it has not. I went by this location yesterday to place a to go order for lunch and was greeted at the front door by the manager (good start). I couldn't find anyone to take my order though. The manager then showed me where the to go station was and told me he'd be right with me. He was not. In fact, several servers walked past and made eye contact with me. Nobody came to take my order. I just left. I don't know why I continue to try with Chili's...
